ORDERING INFORMATION

Lead Time:

Notice of 5 business days is appreciated; however, we will do our best to accommodate all late orders that are received. We appreciate the importance of your function and will do whatever it takes to exceed your expectations.

Booking Fees:

To provide the freshest food, we require a 50% nonrefundable deposit once the menu, services and tentative head count is placed in an invoice.

Deposit invoice will come through email from arkansascatering@gmail.com. The catering will be confirmed once the deposit has been received. Delay of deposit payment may result in cancelation of catering if another catering is booked. (Non digital payment is accepted upon agreement with our catering director.)

Extras

If rental equipment, specialty linens, or additional service staff are needed, we can take care of it for you with necessary charges.

• Travel, Setup, Buffet Service, Equipment Needed, Disposables if Needed, Clean up of Food Service Area, Personnel if Needed - 20% (Min $200)

Dietary and Allergy accommodations should be communicated during catering planning.
